PT. Realtegic Korporindo Investama (RKI) is a property developer company having its office at the Millennium Centennial Center (MCC) building in Central Jakarta. RKI was acquired by PT. KENDA in the early 2021, and it is currently managing and developing three ongoing projects, outlined as follows:
RKI is actively developing the Leaf projects by constructing affordable housing that tailors mid to mid-low-income families, with a forward-looking vision to perpetuate this expansion further. Recognizing the potential growth in Indonesia, RKI is committed to shaping a sustainable and impactful presence in the country’s housing development landscape.
PT. Labura Hidro Energi (LHE) was established in 2014 and acquired by PT. KENDA early 2020. This strategic move aligns with KENDA’s broader investment goals, specifically focusing on advancing green energy initiatives. LHE is working to develop a hydroelectric project of 11 MW deriving the hydro power from the Aek Natas river, located at North Labuhanbatu Regency of North Sumatera, while the company’s operational office is based in Medan. LHE has already obtained a comprehensive Feasibility Study along with all related technical, financial and legal documents required for the project’s initiation. It is currently at the final stages of obtaining an offer from PLN through an auction process.
